Tuition & Enrollment​
Douglas Academy strives to provide your family with the best child care services for the best value. Our rates are competitive with other child care programs in our area and if you would like specific tuition rates, please contact us for more details. We have different rates for part-time, full-time, after care and drop-in. We also accept different forms of payments (private pay, ELRC, & CYS).
Enrollment Process
It is especially important to reserve a future space for your child as early as possible. Our enrollment is simple, following 3 simple steps:

This is the time for you and your child to visit us in our center. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us and learn more about what we have to offer. This time spent gives all involved parties an opportunity to get to know one another and to make sure that all personalities mix well. This is important and helps to ensure that all parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations.
Registration Fee –
After the on-site visit have been completed, and both parties have decide to move forward with the enrollment process, a non-refundable registration fee must be paid in full and a pre-registration form must be completed and signed to reserve your child’s space.
Complete Enrollment Forms
There are various forms that are required to be completed prior to your child’s enrollment. Carefully read, complete, and sign all forms and return to the Program Director. Once all forms have been reviewed and approved by the Program Director, the final step is to decide on a start date.
Enrolling and/or reserving a space for your child is simple. Please contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit our center. During your tour, you will have the opportunity to meet our staff and see the classrooms. This time provides a chance for you to see if we might be the right environment for your child. Once you decide to enroll and a space is available, we will give you the necessary paperwork.
If all programs are fully occupied, you are welcome to place your child on our waiting list. To be added to our waitlist, you can fill out the information on our contact page or you can fill out an interest form at the time of your tour.
